We started On The Mend with a simple vision: help everyone to achieve more during physical rehab. Still a small team, but with big ambitions. Being multidisciplinary is in our corporate DNA, with a patient, surgeon and therapist among our co-founders. This partly explains why we aren't afraid to challenge the status quo and bring transformational change to healthcare systems around the world.

 

We thrive on being among people who can bring ideas to the table that they are prepared to run with, taking others on the journey with them.
